I love being in the Austrian Mountains in autumn when the cows are back in the valley and everything is quiet. That time of the year, the silence is incredible, and the landscape is even more fascinating than in summer when the cattle graze up here. Standing alone on top of the mountain and looking at the peaks and valleys around me always gives me a feeling of pure freedom.

I chose this unique location for the romantic couple photos with Anja & Lukas in the mountains in the Bregenzerwald. None of us would have expected that our photoshoot would end with such a stunning sunset that day. When we met to drive to the photo location together, it started to rain, but just when we arrived up in the mountains, the rain stopped. The thick cloud remained and created a great mood for the photos. At the end of our couple photoshoot, we hiked up to the top of the mountain, and when we got to the top, we barely believed our eyes. A bright red stripe came into view on the horizon, and slowly the dense clouds cleared, and we could see a breathtaking sunset. I jumped around and was smiling all over my face when I saw it, and I can not believe how fascinating nature is and how awesome and unique it is every day.
